🔺گفتنی است که در نتیجه سیلاب‌های ویران‌گر اخیر در ولایت‌های افغانستان به ویژه در بغلان تا اکنون 300 نفر کشته شده که در این میان کودکان و زنان نیز شامل‌اند.
